2 weeks no treats… Sorta.
I’m going to go 2 weeks without treats besides 2 cheat meals (one a week). Kinda sounds like it defeats the purpose right? Well no. I’m going to do this to try and eliminate the mindless snacking in between meals because that’s really my downfall not prove how long I can resist junk food. So no treat means no handfuls of trail mix or nut butters or small helpings of cereal when it’s not part of my real meal plan in a addition to all the unhealthy stuff. Unless I plan for it and make a conscious decision to measure a portion, I won’t eat it. I’m hoping this will work since I’ve fallen into bad habits again.
